Common Support Topics
Privacy and data requests
PrivaCycle is local-first and does not operate a developer backend for your cycle data. In most cases, access, correction, and deletion are controlled directly on your device or in your iCloud account if you enabled iCloud backup/sync.
For privacy questions, use the contact form and identify the request as "PrivaCycle privacy request." We may need enough information to understand and verify the request, but you should not send sensitive cycle logs or health notes.
Face ID and biometric unlock
Face ID is handled by iOS. PrivaCycle does not collect or store face data. The app receives only the iOS authentication result and uses it to unlock or keep locked your encrypted PrivaCycle data.
Subscriptions
Payments, renewals, refunds, and cancellation are handled through Apple. You can manage subscriptions in iOS Settings under your Apple Account subscriptions.
